Mary (Mother of Jesus)
Matthew 1:16; Mark 3:31;Luke 1:26-28; John 2:1; Acts 1:14
Matthew 1:16 …and Jacob the father of Joseph the husband of Mary, who bore Jesus, who is called the Messiah.
Mark 3:31 Then his mother and his brothers came, and standing outside they sent to him and called him.
Luke 1:26-28 In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a town in Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin engaged to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David. The virgin’s name was Mary. And he came to her and said, “Greetings, favored one! The Lord is with you.”
John 2:1 On the third day there was a wedding in Cana of Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there.
Acts 1:14 All these were constantly devoting themselves to prayer, together with certain women, including Mary the mother of Jesus, as well as his brothers.
